Rates

The rates depend on the duration of the stay, the period, and the number of the persons. During the high season period the rental is weekly with arrival Saturday afternoon and departure the next Saturday in the morning. During the low season the minimal period is of three nights, special prices applied for the weekends.. The rate includes the consumption of electricity, gas, water, heating. It does not include the final cleaning of the apartment which costs  40.00€

Prices:
weekly price from 400€ to 520€ - Reduction for stays of two weeks or more.

In the Christmas , Easter , New Year day periods, there is will be an additional charge of 20%

 

TERMINATION OF BOOKING / RESERVATION
If you cancel the reservation you will lose the advance payment. 

In the apartment are allowed to stay only the number of persons indicated at the moment of the reservation.

Animals are not permitted.

      Extra services available:

• mobile phone for rent

• small bed for children up to 3 years

• linen (bed, table and bathroom)

      Payments

30 % of the total amount, has to be paid in advance by money transfer within three days to confirm your reservation. The rest of the total amount is to be paid at the moment of the handing over of the key, together with a security deposit for eventual damages caused to the apartment or to anything it contains. The security deposit will be given back at the moment of departure, after a routine check and after having balanced eventual extra charges. The amount of the deposit will be communicated together with the confirmation of the availability of the apartment.

ARRIVAL/ DEPARTURE TIME
Arrival: from 3p.m. to 5p.m - Guests are asked to respect their time of arrival , otherwise the keys will be consigned the day after at 10,00 a.m.
Departure: Guests are requested to vacate the apartment from 8,30- 9,30 a.m. ( on the day of their departure).
(If you leave before the 8.30 am nobody will be able to check the flat, so the deposit will be given back by money transfer ( bank swift) after having detracted the different charges and the bank commission. (after a final check of the flat)
